Welcome to Sunrise! 🌞

This article is built to get you up-to-speed with the Sunrise app, using key features, and submitting your first order. If you need help setting up your account, check out Creating your account first.

Chat Screen

The chat screen is the home of the Sunrise app. This is where you chat with Sunrise AI, your personal AI concierge. Over time, Sunrise AI will be able to help you with many different things, like...

  • Exploring and automating Sunrise products

  • Planning your meals for the week

  • Answering questions about diet and health

  • Providing personalized feedback and guidance

The chat is still in its early stages of development, so it can be a bit glitchy at times, but it will dramatically improve over the coming weeks and months. πŸš€

Market Square

On the left side, is your market square. This is where you can explore all Sunrise products. Explore products by moment, such as 'quick meal' or 'hosting a party' or by traditional category. Click into any of the market stalls to explore related products.

You can find additional product information including description, ingredients, nutritional values, and Goodness Score within the product page. To navigate to the product page, simply click the 'eye' icon πŸ‘οΈ

Control Room

Navigate to your control room by clicking the 'pulse' icon on the bottom right. The control room is where you can review and manage your upcoming deliveries.

Understanding your deliveries

Active delivery

Your active delivery is your upcoming delivery, which you can actively modify. Any products that you add or automate will apply to your active delivery.
You must confirm your active delivery by clicking the sign-off button by midnight prior to the delivery day. Otherwise, your order will be canceled.

Pending delivery

Your pending delivery is the delivery subsequent to your active delivery. You cannot make direct edits to your pending delivery, but you can 'push' products from your active delivery to your pending delivery. Changes to your automations will also update your pending delivery.

Processing delivery

On the day of delivery, your order will be marked as a processing delivery. The order is locked and cannot be modified during this time, but it will remain in your control room for your reference.

Quick search

Looking for a specific product? Use the quick search feature:

  1. Click the magnifying glass πŸ”Ž on the bottom left

  2. Start typing in the item name; results will auto-generate

  3. Add the desired product by clicking the + button

The product will now be added to your active delivery. You can modify the quantity and automation as desired.
